1. Where are you located and what areas does Mona Lisa Cleaning service?
We are located in Winter Park. We clean in all of greater Orlando. Anywhere from Oveido to Leesburg to Clermont to South Orlando.
2. What are the rates and services offered?
The price to clean your home is based on many factors. The size of your home and the frequency for cleaning are two of those factors. But people live with different numbers of pets, different levels of clutter, different surfaces. Pets bring in dirt that we clean. We clean clutter and around it. We clean special surfaces differently.
For a price that meets your needs and your budget, we put you in touch with our operations manager. She will help us get a better understanding of your home, its cleaning requirements and your cleaning needs. We will give you you a price to clean your home that will fit your budget.
3. What's the differences between general & deep cleaning?
A deep clean is the first clean we do in your home cleaning everything that is in your home from top to bottom. Cleaning fans, light fixtures, doors, door frames, down to the base boards.
A general clean is the cleans that we do to maintain. We will continue to clean the fans door and light fixtures, but on different weeks.
4. What services does Mona Lisa Cleaning not do?
There is nothing Mona Lisa Cleaning does not clean. If it's dirty we'll clean it.
5. Who provides the cleaning supplies?
We will provide the cleaning supplies unless there is a different cleaner you would prefer us to use.
6. Can I prepay for service in advance, if so, is there a discount?
Yes you can prepay for our services. The discount will be discussed with the supervisor.
7. Will I have the same cleaning person?
We make every effort to send the same cleaning crew for each clean. Occasionally there may be a change in the crew where someone may not be available due to family emergency, vacations, etc.
8. Will I need to sign a contract?
You will not be required to sign a contract.
9. How do I pay for my cleaning services?
We accept major credit cards, checks, cash, money orders, and cashiers check.
10. How many people will be cleaning my house?
Our crews consist of 2-4 people. Depending on the size of your home will determine the amount of workers assigned.
11. Must I be home when you clean?
Not at all. We have a couple different options available to you. You can give us a key that will be put in a lock box that only the supervisor will have access to, you can leave the key at the gate, or we can discuss other options that you will be comfortable with.
12. If I have pets, do I have to secure them during cleaning?
Most of our workers are dog and cat friendly however, we advise that you inform us of your pet upon our arrival.
13. What preparation is necessary for the cleaning team?
Absolutely nothing. Just sit back and relax.
14. Are you licensed, bonded, and insured?
We are fully licensed, bonded, and insured so you can feel comfortable with whomever is in your home.
